Twinbrook West in Rockville, MD features Overhead Door™ Model 610 Rolling Steel Service Doors. The doors on this building are various sizes, with the largest one being 40 ft. x 14 ft. Due to the uneven street, a sloping bottom bar was added along with weatherseals which prevents debris, rain and dust from getting in. The slats are perforated, which allow for light and air passage.
These rolling steel overhead doors are finished in a weather resistant polyester PowderGuard® Premium powder coat, color Traffic grey. To power these large garage doors, Overhead Door™ RHX® Heavy Duty Hoist Jackshaft 3HP & 1/2 HP Operators were installed.
